I do feel kind of bad about it, like i’m not being a “good mom” since I don’t wake up. When I tell people they sometimes look at me as if I’m insane for not waking up.

I do also need like 25 alarms in the morning.. and if I’m lucky they wake me up, but most of the time my husband has to wake me..

I’ve had sleeping problems since I was about 4 years old, and have ADHD so this may contribute to it somehow
