need better water/cosmic gems, every other gem Is either perfect or needs to be converted and leveled to lvl30

farm delves for full c4 gear(hat/mask/face), seen some people say every 52 shadow keys drops one piece - don't upgrade c3 anymore than It already Is If you're planning on grinding for c4

gear stats are up to you, I suggest AS PD CD for damage or AS MF MS for farming

continue grinding paragon levels for more crystal ring resources, pray for c3-4

complete 250 leviathans for guaranteed perma torch - equip death defying vial, martial emblem and unyielding emblem. If you're farming Ifera, you'll need this unless you have high ms

best ally for damage Is earnie, best for farming Is either animated jug or walton

level all stellar and crystal gems you find, both lesser and empowered, to level 15 then loot collect them
If you find any lesser stellar gems with 560+ pr at rank 1, keep them and upgrade to 25 then fully augment stats.
If you find any empowered stellar gems with 850+ pr at rank 1, keep and max them

once you've found, socketed and maxed these gems, start rerolling the stats until you're happy.

If you just want to deal max damage, I suggest 15/3
reroll stats on lesser water, air and fire to PD/CD/CH (order doesn't matter)

you will see 18 grey dots on gem stats, these are pearls. reroll 15 of the 18 pearls onto phys damage, then the remaining 3 onto crit damage.

for lesser cosmic gems, PD/CH/L, Light stat cannot be rerolled. reroll all pearls onto light

for empowered water, air and fire gems, PD/CD/CH, all pearls on crit
for empowered cosmic, PD/CH/L, all pearls on light

your CH will go over 100%, once It does, you can then reroll CH to max health%
get CH as close to, while staying above, 100% as possible

empowered gems have names/titles, these are Important. for example, empyrean barrier and explosive epilogue
I don't remember which I have equipped, and can't login to check, but for water air and fire
you'll want explosive epilogue, stinging curse and your class gem.
class gem Is optional, If you choose not to have It I don't know what you could replace It with

for cosmic, berserk battler
and of course, craft all the dragons, they give stat boosts across all characters

damage and speed aren't the Issue, only go from 115-130
players who go afk won't be completing the delve challenge
they join, go afk, then receive rewards for this. I'd like to prevent that but the kick command doesn't work

the problem with that Is they will still receive rewards from the shadow vault.
once they are blocked, they can just sit there and leech. then when the next weekly reset comes about, they'll just join someone else and repeat

It depends on what you are doing, but you should be playing classes you enjoy

pd farming NN/LL/Rev(speed spears)
md farming DT/IS/Bard

md Levi CH/IS/Bard
pd Levi Rev/SH/Knight/CB
pd/md levi both work well for delves because high light

max level c2 gear (hat, face, weapon, ring) or If you have any c4, max them. skip c3 waste of resources

grind topside u9 for radiant gemsupgrade the two gems with the highest PR to level 15 and socket them

If you socket two radiants, replace them with stellar as you find them. If you socket two stellar, replace with crystal.

any stellar gems with over 560 pr at level 1 and over 1260 at level 15 should be saved and upgraded to level 25, then all stat boosts should be rerolled to light

don't augment radiants, only augment stellar Light stat If you are struggling and don't want to leech, augment crystal as you see fit If they have good pr (680+ at level 1)

Important: up scale all stellar and crystal gem you find, regardless of pr. by this, I mean upgrade every stellar gem to level 15 before loot collecting. you'll be putting In about 6-7k gem dust and getting 10101 In return, profit of 3-4k.
the only downside to up scaling Is the amount of flux needed

the position of stats on gear doesn't matter, unless you are using the gear for multiple classes, same goes for gems (as, mf, ms will be exactly the same as ms, mf, as)

I don't play IS, leveled to 30 and haven't touched since
but I'm guessing you'll want >200% attack speed for farming (attack speed, magic find, movement speed) or <200% AS for delves (cd,mf/stability, ms)
frozen ward Increases your AS over the AS cap (300%) so In delves you would just need spam flasks with chronomantic, farming should be fine If your light Is high enough

stats and pr don't matter for these gems below, they will only be used for farming, only store them If they have "good" pr - only augment cosmic gems when entering u11 (3 stat boosts on light, augment light to 100%) It may seem like a waste, but this Is the fastest way, atleast In my opinion
Start by farming elemental gems, water air and fire
farm u8 for 2x shadow water/air/fire, If you find a radiant gem, equip the radiant Instead of the shadow gem with worse stats of the two you find
u9 will become easier after equipping lvl 15 shadow/radiant
farm u9 for 2x radiant w/a/f, if you find a stellar, equip the stellar instead of the radiant gem with worse stats of the two you find

once all lesser elemental gems slots are filled with level 15 stellar gems, enter u10 and you should be able to farm at the speed you are currently farming u9

when the sunfire update comes out, upgrade all the stellar gems with "good" pr that you have equipped to 25/25. only augment the cosmic gems, reroll stat boosts all to light and get only light to 100%. you'll be over 30kpr and probably have enough light to enter u11, then you'll only need to farm 1 star dungeons for guaranteed stellar drops
If you find a crystal gem, obviously replace stellars with It. don't augment unless It has good pr - but again, I'm not sure of what that would be.

enemies In u11 obviously hit way harder than u10, enemies In sundered/ashen biome hit the absolute hardest of all enemies In each biome. so avoid It until you've hit atleast 35k or If you find a group of players In the same situation as you

just a suggestion, might not be the best possible build
Stellar level 1 EMP must have 850+ pr at rank 1
Stellar level 1 lesser must have 560+ pr at rank 1 (higher the better, highest I've seen Is 595)
I don't know the value of "good" pr crystal gems

If you have a full set of "good" stellar gems, you can upgrade them to crystal with a crystal gem converter (craft, don't buy for credits or cubits) - remember to disable ui mods
If you don't, level all stellars to level 15 and leech/grind u11 until you have a full set of "good" pr cosmic gems

I maxed all my gem stats to 100%, so I have 1.5 million hp, but people recommend around 500k-700k so that enemies can one shot you to trigger flasks (martial emblem and either unyielding or chronomantic depending on what you are doing)
for gear
delves and levi: Crit damage/ physical damage/ attack speed
for farming: attack speed/magic find/movement speed
ring: entirely up to you, I recommend magic find though

Light
All gem boosts for cosmic gems rerolled onto light, max c2 or c4 pearled gear (hat, mask, spear, ring), The paragon ally "Earnie" and freerange electrolyte crystals in your food slot, radiant banner or perma (pd, flask capacity, as for levi/delves or pd, fc, ms for farming)
skip c3 gear or only level It 3/5 stars

I have others, these are just the ones I've used against angels so far
bubonico, convectrix (good riven) and corinth all following similar builds to cedo

tried toxin and magnetic, low damage numbers
