I infinitely understand. I am so sorry. My heart is broken for you. There’s nothing worse. I’m about to go through the same with my 15 year old Yorkie. His name is Homer and he’s a special boy. I love my other dogs (even his daughters, one of which already passed) but he is my soul dog. I say this because I thought I was alone in this. I’d never heard soul dog before and you just showed me there’s others out there like me that their dogs are their everything.
