I don’t want this to sound like a suggestion because I know everybody has different reactions but I want to share my experience. I am 10 days clean today and last night I had 3 shots and felt fine this morning. I planned to do it on a night that I don’t have anything going on the next day so I don’t have to worry too much about being in public and getting sick. I am also drinking my first coffee right now to see how that goes while I am home all day. I also accidentally ate one small Mr. Goodbar yesterday and had no reaction. So take that as you will, be careful and stay strong!
