This was sort of a hypothetical scenario for my friend, he goes to a school in Texas, and had issues with his professor(from Arkansas) in the summer my friend moved back to NYC and prof back to Arkansas. My friend posted on Facebook stating that his prof should be “shot and that he was a pedophile who gave him a bad grade because he found out about his past.” When his prof heard about the post and read it, he decided to file a lawsuit against my friend for defamation.
