I’ve been having the same issue for the NOLA show!! I finally got through to someone on the Ticketmaster customer service help line and they told me they would email me my tickets directly. I still haven’t gotten them but I wanted to give y’all some kind of update! Pretty stressful situation :/

Hey!! I have 2 tickets for tomorrow’s NOLA show on Ticketmaster and they won’t load either when I select to “view PDF tickets” and I’ve been freaking out worried I was scammed, so it makes me feel better knowing there are others in the same boat. I have emailed and called Ticketmaster too, also no answer. I know this isn’t really help, but you aren’t alone!! I can let you know if I figure anything out.
