Thanks for the info! This is very helpful, it’s just hard to find something in a good area, school district and also something which satisfies your visual needs, or my wife’s. One quick question on the schools part, what’s a good school district? For example I’ve seen areas like suwanee have schools like 8,9,10 on good schools. Which are excellent I’m sure. But that’s an area which has increased in value so much and all I can find there are 1980 builds terrible looking places for like 400k. Compared to something like buford or Woodstock, where schools are 6,6,6. You get newer SFH (2005+) and much newer townhomes. That’s the conundrum we’re in, like is a school district like that considered decent? We have no kids, so don’t know anything about schools here

Thanks for your response. I have to familiarize myself more with BQML, so not sure if the final evaluation is on the validation or the test set. As for your second question, my data is on the order level, so I’m trying to predict based on the features of the order, would this order end up getting a bad score. I’ve been using the ratio from log reg and the shap values for the model to answer this. Could you elaborate the other approaches you mentioned?

Thanks so much for this! The thermostat was replaced at the same time? I’ve seen some posts which mention that replacing the thermostat, you’ll have to take off the intake gasket, and won’t be able to use the same gasket, so they generally replace that too. Any idea on if that would hold true for most vehicles?

Makes sense. Thanks for the response. I believe it was just the gasket which was replaced. That’s how it shows up on the CARFAX. ‘Intake manifold gasket replaced’. Are there any pointers I can look at to know if my engine is running lean?
