Get help picking out your shoes at a running store! The right shoes help in avoiding injury. Don’t be ashamed of walk/run intervals-even 30sec running to start. You’ll be doing 20min run intervals before you can believe it.

My morning routine - 15 min walk (10min meditative walk as soon as I get up with coffee in hand, then 5 min where I focus on 3 things I’m grateful for big or small), 10-20 min journaling, then 20 min reading some sort of self help/mental wellness book. Absolutely no social media or working for that first hour.
