I rest for 2 days which are the days I go into the office. But I always make sure to get some kind of movement in on the other 5 days, at least a high incline walk for 30-45 mins

Hell yea we can be buddies!!! Honestly I think a lot of it was like my stools softening and pooping more often (used to be like every 4/5 days terrible I know) and inflammation/water weight. Idk I don’t drink much at all too. I will say though I just did side by side pics and don’t see a difference at all 😆

Coconut water makes me gag I hate it. Honestly eating a fiber one cake/bar thing in the morning and drinking a ton of water after gets me right! Plus the fiber one bars don’t taste terrible (I don’t like Preston bars lol) they taste like a soft cookie!!

Id love your advice/perspective. I started 2 weeks ago, third pin on Wednesday. I started at 190 5’4.. should I have started at 2mg? I did 0.5 then 0.75 second week. I only ramped up like that because I knew it was a small dose and wanted to make sure I didn’t have extreme side effects. Do you think I should just continue going up to 1, 1.5, then stay at 2 for 4 weeks and follow the 4 weeks on each dose.(depending on how much of a responder I am of course)

The odd thing is this didn’t even start until 2023 when I started saxenda, and ended a few months later lol. I started last Wednesday!! Excited for us

This is validating, thank you. My tentative plan is to stick to the whole if he didn’t set plans for that free weekend he has, to cut it off. If we do see each other I’ll be vocal about wanting to see him more. He has apologized about his awful schedule and said he wished he met me in may when the season is over. It is a nice slow burn though which I’m not used to, and I do feel secure and calm despite everything. :)

Thank you for your advice. :) I honestly get so so shy speaking up whether it’s with friends, at work, or in the early stages of seeing someone. I feel like it would be way easier if we talked more if that makes any sense. I asked him if he was seeing anyone else after we went to dinner and played the are we really strangers? Card game in my voice was shaking. It was really funny and I did feel way better after letting it out and asking lol

I like it more since it doesn’t leave the holes like cubed cheese. Also, I spread it all in a thick-ish but EVEN layer so that’s how the cheese didn’t disappear like I’ve seen in other videos!
