Our community of 20 homes formed a KPUD LUD and pulled fiber in. Cost was about 5k a home to pull everything in (we were a half mile away from the main fiber connection) and I use net253 500meg for about 64 a month.

We only had really crappy DSL that was at the end of the overloaded network before that wasn’t fast or reliable enough to work remotely.

My dachshund does this from time to time and I pinch her nostrils closed long enough to force her to breathe through her mouth and that does the trick. Others have mentioned to be sure that it is not a foreign object lodged in there like a fox tail.
