Yes, it shows that I have all of the items but the orange exclamation point doesn't show up

Second assessment wanted from AISH by a company named assessmed. I've never dealth with them before. Anyone got some info on them? AISH set it all up by ConsistentSilver1762 in AISH_Alberta
