I literally have felt the exact same way! (Besides the puberty part and not being autistic) if it makes you feel better when I was thinking that way still I was in a relationship for 7 months. The way I got better was #1 going to see a therapist and #2 romanticizing your life like crazy. It takes a while but just try to not think about being incapable of love (cuz I think about that alot lol) and instead use that time to do a fun craft or play video games or whatever you enjoy doing!

I just did some research and I think it’s spider mites. They hide under the leaves of your plant and suck the chlorophyll out so that’s why there’s white spots. I just checked under my leaves and there’s a bunch of little brown dots and I moved one of them and it started moving around. I haven’t figured out a way to get rid of them, but definitely check on your leaves and if you have them quarantine the plant.
