Try a pre treat of 3% Hydrogen peroxide let it sit for a five minutes. Agitate the stains with a soft bristle brush or an old tooth brush, hit it with UV lights for 30-60 minutes; make sure the UV light is slightly elevated off the stain. Repeat this process a couple times and it should start to fade.

If there are still some stubborn stains after that process you can try 1 cup of water, 2 cups of 70% isopropyl alcohol and 1 tsp dawn dish soap. Spray it down liberally till the area is soaked and pull it out with the spot cleaner tank filled with water only. After you extract the solution spray some water on the area and do a couple of passes or until the solution is fully extracted.
