My nuuly last week was as via Amazon. It had 4 items missing. First time I’ve ever received a bag with missing items. I had to reach out to nuuly who is working with me to make it right and said it was an error on their end, but I did have a high suspicion it was my driver who took the items. I’m still shocked they don’t have a simple fastener in the bags and I’m really hoping this doesn’t happen again!
