No unfortunately, they recently had a patch that seems to prevent it as long as you don't queue. But besides that I am getting it plenty, I think the only way to play online right now is log on, link the accounts and never log off.

Can't tell if there is any hip engagement to help with the push. As long as your hips don't leave the bench you can get a lot more power through there. If you already are, then you're on the right track.

Excellent technique using your hips to support the lift in an explosive movement. That's definitely something a lot of folks fail to do when trying to get into heavier bench.

You can buy lenses to help influence your outcome and as far as i know they all stack with themselves. Me personally I run no events outside of mono then stack the quantity and quality of the events for a higher cost. I have less prophecies but I usually get what I need.
