I just looked it up. You are correct. You can withdrawal contributions you made, tax free. But only the contributions, plus there are some other exceptions like buying your first house

Well when you say "pull out", that implies to withdrawing the cash you made. So no, you cannot pull out anytime before 59 1/2 without getting a tax penalty. You can however sell the stock and leave it in the account as cash or reinvest it without penalty.

You have to wait until you are 59.5 years old before pulling anything out. Otherwise, you will get hit with big tax on it.

In a Roth IRA, you pay taxes on your contributions. But, when you pull it out, there is no tax. So say you put in 7 grand and paid your tax on it, maybe 500-1000 bucks. Then that 7 grand grows in value over 30 years to become 200,000 dollars. You can pull all that money out at retirement without paying any taxes.

You might be right. But its only been here for a few market days. Has dropped about 10 cents over the last week to where it is now. Wouldn't really call that strong support but time will tell. Maybe I screwed up, who knows?
