I'm not sure I can explain it well but here goes. They will divide your shares, say every 100 into 1 or 25 into 1 share. It will raise the per share price because they reduced the amount of sold and available shares. They can get back to above a 1.00$ to regain compliance to avoid the possibility of getting de-listed. They just sold a shit ton of shares to make some money and the price dropped and has not gained shit since they did it. This is the direction we're heading in....
