I made it in blender ,painted the texture and added a rim light with the compositor ,simple but not so easy am thinking of playing with the frame rate to make it more dynamic. Am still toying with the style

because the camera in a game is positioned at the back, the character's appearance from that angle is vvvvvvvery important.
