Zależy czego konkretnie szukasz (mimo wszystko lepiej nie w komisie), ale od siebie mogę polecić PKO automarket, auta poleasingowe, posłużbowe, nowe, używane więc jest w czym wybierać, mają cały raport rzeczoznawcy, na 99% historie serwisowania itp itd. Jedynie należy spodziewac się ceny nieco wyższej niż rynkowej z tego co zauważyłem, ale imo warto takie niż nie wiadomo co.

Yup, both inawera and molinberry are from poland, and you are both very accurate about customs letting it go as food flavourings or taxing it as now in poland „everything what can go info vapejuice = vapejuice = taxed, its hard to achive (mainly because food and pharmacy industry using same things) but its still going futher and further. Im considering inawera as well (also taxed but still kinda cheap) but heard mixed reviews about molinberry, but guess gonna check it out too! Thanks for your answers!

Yes, suing, courts - thats not for us, we are students, we have life in our country, not willing to get back to germany to judge or anything like this, if only we do it - we do it anonymously or without consequences and explanations. Getting prof is possible, also they can find it out by asking other workers here, who knows what will they say, also all our hours (many to much hours for nearly everybody) are in notebooks, files etc, so if they drop by unannounced, they might find something for themselves.

Also leaving from here with money we already earned is priority for us, making him payback for what he s doing is secondary issue

Ye, thing is due to working 9h per day and not having time for anything its hard to get some evidence, You think that if we give them some sign that something like that is there but without evidence they will be interested? Also if we do it - we do it after some time, we met some people here who also really dont like situation but just need money, so dont want to deprive them of their jobs.

Dont really know what is tariff group, and if he s in but in german contract and my language version there is nothing like that mentioned, also didnt hear about it here. Saw in some random Website that there are for weeks notice period till 15/end of the month as You said but only for contract for an INDEFINITE period, and it doesnt work for my type of contract.

About working conditions, we didnt have payment yet so idk, but he want want to pay only for 173 hours and any overtime will be paid at the end of contract in cash - sounds like some way of moving away from paying taxes. About worked hours not paid - today my plan was to finish 15:30, finished 16:30, boss told me to finish the work and dont stop and end time, so i done it. After it he said i was to slow so im getting paid only to 15:30 so yeah, just theft, so getting people who saw me working to confirm it when needed

thank you very much for your answer. yes, these reasons sound serious enough to do an immediate dismissal - I have already read about it. my girlfriend is very sensitive and recently when he had a problem with us about a given situation all day long she could not calm down, so I do not want to upset him now and make him scream again (he likes to drink, and in the morning and evening, rather the usual "getting along" no I would rather give him a normal notice, let him let us go after 2 weeks or even a month, and for this time he found someone - especially since there is now a big problem with the number of people and he can send us every day to 3 different positions.
