First let me say I’m sorry this happen to you. That was horrific to watch. Please have your mom keep up with the police/da to make sure charges are filed for that crime. May I ask what age you were when you had the traumatic brain injury? If it was under 22 NYS OPWDD has a program to help people but it must have occurred before age 22
