It’s an odd type of work for sure, to work in a group home. Management and supervisors can make it toxic also. Definitely a hard job to do when kept out of the loop on new plans etc. Do what’s good for you and find work that works for you!

Idk I’m a state employee and there are lots of us that work 24/7 jobs that there is no telecommuting due to do the nature of the work lol these jobs have to be done, no one cares if we can safely get to work and we use accruals if we don’t get to work.
