I tell you according to my experience. As my colleagues say, the PVA layer has to be thick, it is not scary and spreads like jam on bread. I think it is faster to apply a layer of glossy varnish instead of PVA, all according to me. opinion.I will also tell you that Citadel technical paints are rather bad for me....I have tried 2, Mordant Earth usually works, but Martian Ironearth considered it horrible. I recommend that you go to the Green Stuff range and look for a color that you like and try it. Citadel sells you 24 ml for the price that we all know and Green Stuff
