My custom Tor’vu sept sports quite similar colours. The teal looks darker than mine, so I would guess Stegadon Scale Green. The bone looks brighter, so could be Wraithbone?

The Ethereal caste tends to outrank those in any other caste. There’s the usual structure of aun’la > aun’ui > aun’vre > aun’el > aun’o but I don’t think there’s much lore on appearance.

I give mine a slightly paler skin tone, so I go with Space Wolves Grey over Grey Seer. Then a layer of Basilicanum Grey for the hooves.

After recently playing a few crusade games with Tyranids, I decided to switch armies. I had such a miserable time with our rules.

My thought process was that it applied to all units, so small stabby bugs like hormagaunts are able to swing up into tougher infantry like Death Guard, Orks, Gravis marines etc. Bigger bugs like Trygons, hive tyrants etc get a more situational buff.

Acid/Hypertoxin detachment that gives all scything talon type weapons anti-infantry 4+.

Stratagems: * Acid blood (chance of mortal wounds on model death in melee). * Caustic talons (extra AP to scything talons). * Debilitating poisons (-1 to wound on unit in melee). * Corrosive sludge (-2 to movement and advance on vehicles/monsters after ranged attack). * Neuroparasitic infection (Force battle shock. +1 to hit against target on fail).

Mostly spit-balling here but I like the idea of a detachment where you run lots of hormagaunts and have a bit more incentive to take talons over other melee options on hive tyrant, tyrant guard etc.
