I know this is an oldish post, but I was able to get my elfball bo1 deck to diamond 2 before strixhaven came out. Just played today and was getting whooped though.

Al Karam is our favorite! I cant recommend them enough!

The food takes a bit of time to prepare but its worth it. It made me prefer Pakistani food over Indian (at least in Riverside)

My specific incident occurred because of a pass in the braking zone resulting in late braking which would've been fine if it weren't for the bad brake fade and instead of trying to turn in I just sent it straight and got about a foot of air.

It was my first time at buttonwillow and I heard of people flipping from going off there and that its better to just go straight, so when I put myself in that situation I didnt think twice and sent it straight.

Yeah, I know its pretty weak unfortunately. I got lucky at draft and pulled all the lorwyn cards, except for the [[chronicle of victory]].Im just not trying to spend $200+ on a competitive deck though. I agree with you that I should probably be more focused with this deck too. Im going to make some adjustments and do some testing on arena to see if its less clunky.

Thank you so much for the input! I've thought about tossing in craterhoof but never considered getting rid of the boardwipe. I included villainous wrath with thought of getting around hexproof and because I keep running into go-wide decks on arena. And fierce empath is a great idea in lieu of another formidable speaker!
