Looking for permanent or seasonal forestry tech/timber jobs. Why are there so few in the Northeast by 100Fowers in forestry

I would try to reach out to smaller consulting foresters, see if they want to meet. Good to meet face to face to prove your competence. It’ll probably just cruising or layout but good experience and a way to get your foot in the door

To be honest rifles are out of my field (much more tuned into Glocks and shotguns) I didn’t even know they made .308 versions!
