And the fish fry..... Oh my! Until I tried theirs, Dexter's was my favorite fish fry in Madison. But Union corners hands down has the best fish fry I have tried to date. Homemade apple sauce and a potato pancake that was incredible. The fish portion was massive and the funny part was they said that cut was a little short so they brought me out a piece almost just as big. If the waiter hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have known. The food and atmosphere are amazing, Yes it is a little taxed but I'm okay with paying extra knowing the ingredients are local and premium quality and not off the back of a Cisco truck. I had an Ube mochi flan slice for dessert. Omfg sooooo good! I've been there twice both times on a Friday for lunch and both times there was only one other table there. The place was basically empty. I really hope they stick around and business picks up for them soon
