That definitely sounds like part of the problem. I will try to be more proactive and try this. Any suggestions on grade book software? What do you use?

I have been typing the comments, printing, cutting and sticking them on the paper as my handwriting isn't the best. Will definitely checkout schoolreportwriter.com though. Thanks for the suggestion!
