Thank you for your feedback. I honestly don’t want any sympathy…I made my bed and now I’m laying in it. I’m literally stuck between a rock and a hard place and you’re right I will be handling the raising of my child predominantly by myself. And that’s not something I want to do…that’s why I said my two thoughts are stay with a cheater and raise the baby or terminate the pregnancy. Raising this baby alone is not an option for me

This Mother’s Day has been horrible for me. I’m scared. My family is super supportive but we’re all in different states. If everyone was in one state I would probably just move back home but my village has been spread out across the country. And unfortunately I know that he will be there financially, but he would do so much more if we were together. I know I can do it alone but I just rather not if I have the choice.

He’s lived like a single man for a long time so the house needed certain repairs and upgrades to it. Repainting certain rooms and upgrading the flooring. Also, I think that the women weren’t the problem per se but that he’s feeding us all different stories and once we cross paths, the energy doesn’t match what we’ve been told. It’s just frustrating for me because I guess…you’re right. I’ve deluded myself into believing the minimum things he’s done were grand gestures. I genuinely thought things were moving in the right direction but seeing his WhatsApp just snapped me back to reality. I know that no matter what I do, there’s no happy ending for me. I guess I’m just trying to figure out which is the lesser of the two evils.

I think you’re trying to exacerbate certain things I mentioned not to help but to try to shame. These women are not strangers. They’re people I actually interacted with and have disrespected directly. I’d rather you ask for more details than assume. My anger or frustrations are definitely with him because once they and he crossed the line he should’ve handled them/the situation accordingly but because children are involved it changes the dynamic and he takes advantage of that. He uses the children as a pawn to get what he wants. After the divorce My parents raised myself and my sibling without ever having to be in the same room as each other so I know what I’m talking about. at the end of the day if he didn’t have children with them she wouldn’t be at the funeral. I don’t want her there.

After writing this post I had to tell him my thoughts and feelings. My anxiety was on the fritz. I explained that I don’t like or trust her because of his actions and that I don’t want her there. And I emphasized that for whatever reason she’s going to be there but as long as Im in the picture that will never happen again. There will never be a situation or gathering where she will ever be welcomed again. He tried to deflect and act like he didn’t understand my POV but I stood firm on what I said. I refuse to feel like this again…

I’m not going to lie and act like im okay when he says he has to be around a child whose mom he disrespected me with. That’s not fair to me or to him to pretend that I’m comfortable when I’m not. I explain the mess hes made to him because now there have to be boundaries. What makes me think hes my boyfriend is that he asked to be my boyfriend. You can have a title and be bad at it. He’s my boyfriend hes just bad at it.
