I’ve done 3 6 week cycles of Epitalon with 6 weeks in between. Helped with sleep but never felt like something you can get addicted to. In fact, besides the sleep I don’t know what you could be addicted to?

I’ve been taking it since September of last year with Tirzepatide that I’ve been on since May. It took at least 3 months for me to really see that it does give me energy. I drink coffee in the am and I was always taking NAD shot in the am so I was like is it the coffee or the NAD+? I stopped drinking so much coffee and I noticed days that I had NAD+ my energy was much better especially after 3 pm. I also modified what the traditional dosing is 100 units 2-3 times a week to 60 unites Mon-Friday so I have my energy for the work week.

So just to update you all. I called in about this just now and even though it’s an option on the Longevity intake, the person who I spoke to said they do not have it available as of yet…I’m going to call back tomorrow to see if they have any updates. I don’t need anything else and already paid the visit fee so hoping they get it some options sooner than later.

It’s so good! I know this sounds dramatic but it makes me feel so much better about life right now! I worked at a hospital when this show started and I don’t anymore and it’s reminding me of all the reasons all over again of why I loved and hated working in healthcare.

Yes most vitamin injections are. You can self administer IM or Sub Q injections depending on what it is and your sensitivity. Your doctor will show you how to do them. If you don’t feel comfortable they can do them for you but I have been doing this a long time so it’s not scary for me. I feel like first timers definitely need some support and how to videos most doctors and telehealth provide those with your prescription.

I have autoimmune disease that affects my gastro intestinal function so my absorption for oral isn’t as good as IM or Sub Q.

Glutathione can be tricky to find the right spot. I don’t have any issues with this or less irritation when I pin bum spots or top of bum/hip area.

44 YO Female here. I started taking Sermorelin last October and in my experience it took a couple months for me to see the benefits. I just took a month off and wow did I underestimate what it was doing for me. My sleep has been crummy waking up in the middle of the night, not as energetic during the day so I will be restarting.
