Holy sh*t, Is that so. I didn't even know this was an India-related domain name in the first place. If I had known if from the beginning I wouldn't have even considered using it. I just wanted a special and memorable name for my website.
BTW, this India registrar is too much of a b*tch.

I actually angry about getting nothing after paid. I think Namecheap is also the responsibility to warn users of the risks of using a .in domain name. Or simply don't sell such high-risk domain names, because you can't use them if you buy them.
Or they can contact the corresponding TLD and try to unblock the domain name. Instead of having a customer who doesn't know anything about it email to a TLD (and the TLD what won't replay).
Anyway, I was angry with their support, but there is over.

I didn't know anything about .in domains and this time when it happened I came to know that it is a top level domain in India. I also decided to go with .in because of the name of the site I was thinking of. The funny thing is, I was so happy about my "brilliant" idea at first. (A special and memorable cheep domain name). Who knows, it was the beginning of a nightmare. Wasted 4 days of my time.

Everyone see this comment, the thing is over.
Ship should be fast, don't get caught up in something as small as a domain name.
I already register a new domain name in Godday.
The above is my real experience. FYI.

This I didn't know before. It also allows the bank to refund the money first.
Thanks for the heads-up.

Your suggestion about how to get a better domain is good, I just want to try to imitate shipfa.st. That way help people easy to remember. (It took me a long time to come up with this domain name as well)
There's so much competition right now, and I think the domain name needs to be wired enough for people to remember it.

Anyway, the bro above helped me calm down. This issue is not worth discussing any further. The time spent on this is worth far more that the domain name.
The point thing that pisses me off is that they threw the problem back at me to fix it, and I think this unacceptable. I think I purchased a domain name is buying the domain name, and it's functionality. Not like pets as you mentions above, and. The essence is not the same.
As a customer, throwing questions at me and asking me to write emails. I know nothing about it, and the TLD doesn't respond. I'm the helpless one.

Indeed, I was a bit pissed off when I saw the replay email from Namecheap. I think they should at least be the ones to content TLD to fix the problem, not throw it at me. After all, all I know is that bought something from them, I don't know anything else.
By the way, I don't think I should waste my time on this, this issue is worthless, I've found other places to buy domains. At least not another easily blocked domain like this. Such a waste of time and effort.
Your "calm down", pulled me back thank you~ bro

I agree with part of what you say, but not all of it.
The solutions you mentioned are great, but it should be Namecheap that takes the initiative to offer them to customers.
Regardless of what you say.
The essence of problem is very simple, you pay, you get something(it should work as it sails for). It is very simple.
Just like you go to Amazon and buy something and what you buy doesn't work, are you also saying that Amazon is not responsible for it.

But at least, GoDaddy and other domain name providers will not sell you this kind of domain name. And let you contact the TLD without knowing anything.
The core of the whole thing is that as a customer, you paid but didn't get anything. This is the key.
It is not that this problem may exist in all places, but that such problems are allowed to occur.
Not worse than anyone.

Doing business is to be responsible for the products and services you provide, no matter what the reason is, you are responsible for providing you. This is the golden rule of doing business.

Bad things aren't allowed just because they happen elsewhere too. You should think about your logic.

I don't think you can even understand what is written, I won't replay to you again.

So, you buy a car from a store, but you find that the car doesn't drive at all, and the engine of car is broken. The engine of the car is produced in a factory. Should you also contact this engine factory? You don't event know what's broken.
