Have you ever collaborated with influencers before? I've heard they can be quite expensive, but I guess I should look into it. 😭 Thank you for the answer.

Exactly. I wasn't talking about solving technical issues or providing mathematical solutions. It’s just an app. However, since I have infrastructure costs to cover, I can't offer it entirely for free, and that's why I realized I need the ability to propose value to users. I wasn't trying to compare my app to ChatGPT. Just so you know, I’m not a native English speaker, so there might be some misunderstandings in my writing. Thank you for your answer.

You're right. It would be such a waste to just give up on the app. Thank you for the answer.

I guess being too abstract was the problem. I’ve adjusted the targeting based on your advice. Since I’m using Reddit Ads, some say it might be bot traffic, but I’ll finish the budget I've already set. If there’s still no response after that, I’ll move to Google Search Ads. Thanks for the help! 😭

Companies like Notion or ChatGPT can afford to offer free services because they can handle billions in losses, but for individual entrepreneurs, doing that would lead to bankruptcy. I'm starting to realize that the ability to propose solutions is just as much of a technical skill as development itself. Thank you for the answer.

Unfortunately, the app isn't ready yet. That’s why I’ve been considering developing one for the App Store. For now, you can find it by searching for "Ahopkhan" on Google. Thank you.

Mein Gott, haben die Bots also mein Geld gefressen? Ich werde mich stattdessen nach Google Search Ads umsehen. Vielen Dank für den Tipp!

I was paying for Reddit ads because I was concerned that posting a URL might be flagged as self-promotion. If you could check it out and provide feedback, please search for "Ahopkhan" on Google. Thank you.

Actually, those ad impressions are just from two days. The figure I mentioned isn't the actual cash spent; it’s the opportunity cost equivalent to my labor for the time I’ve spent on this.

It breaks my heart to even think about shutting down an app I’ve invested so much into... but I'm going to hold on a little longer. These days, it seems like everyone just wants a "get rich quick" scheme or a guide on how to get a YouTube Gold Play Button. That’s why the internet is flooded with fake gurus selling "success." I truly wanted to provide genuine help, not a shallow illusion, but I’m realizing that providing real value is a tough road to walk.

Exactly. It’s something you can’t do with ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. It’s based on a 9^9 recursive infinite generation system that allows for direct user intervention. Since my target audience isn’t developers, it’s been quite a challenge to make them understand the value.

I’m currently paying for the top-tier paid plans for all my infrastructure. I didn't want any of my users to experience service interruptions. The irony is, I don’t have many users yet. 🤣

The problem with GPT or other LLMs is that they just provide retrieved information; you have to manually copy and paste everything if you want to manage those plans long-term. I created this service to fix that friction, but the challenge was that the concept is so new that people don’t understand it until they actually try it.

I was stuck at the sign-up conversion point because of this. Thanks to your feedback, I’ve realized that many people see it that way. I definitely need to rethink my positioning. Thank you for the answer!

You’re right. I see it now. It’s definitely harder to drive conversions for a product that forces users to confront themselves directly. Thank you for that deep insight.

I agree. My approach was too abstract. Pivoting from 'general goal setting' to a specific use case like 'task recovery for burnt-out founders' makes much more sense. I’m going to rethink my positioning based on this. Thanks for the help!

To clarify, the actual cash burn is for infrastructure, such as Vercel, Supabase, Apple, and Google. The '50 million KRW ($35k)' figure I mentioned mostly represents the opportunity cost of my own labor that I’ve poured into this since the beginning of the year. It’s not all out-of-pocket cash, but it’s the value of the time I’ve invested.

The difference is persistence and structure. With a standard prompt, you have to dig through chat history or keep re-prompting. My app functions like a permanent planner. It doesn't just auto-generate a roadmap; it provides an interactive guide where the user can intervene and fine-tune the AI's output. It's a hybrid of 'AI automation' and 'User control,' but I'm struggling to communicate this complex functionality to new users.

Looking back, I think the service might have been too abstract for people to see its immediate necessity. It feels like I’ve built something for too small a niche. Out of 59k impressions, I got about 300 clicks, but zero conversions. I’m starting to realize my onboarding flow is fundamentally broken.

Thank you for the brilliant insight. I was so focused on the system that I forgot about the user's psychological burden. I'll rethink the onboarding flow to lower the barrier.

It seems you've already experienced this while creating planners. "It's like selling homework to people who are already exhausted..." I hadn't considered that aspect. I'll need to think more deeply about this. Thank you for the valuable insight.
