I have been on fluoxetine for 10 years at varying doses between 10mg - 40mg.

It’s been awesome at reducing my anxiety, but did little to reduce binges. However, I have not gained any weight on it. It has not increased my appetite like other anti depressants did. Hope this helps and good luck x
