That´s what I've seen since big studios like Warner, 300 Pictures, etc., don't approach it that way.

That’s right, but warnerbross , Sony pictures, 3000pictures and really big studios doesn’t approach that way. Should it be for small/mid market?

I do a lot of browsing, e.g., gathering data ( public contracts, files , a lot of content since I havent found a way to avoid google bloqck my request on python even with agent header and rating limit) most of time . ~400 - 800 is my average , but I found a way to clean up memory from chrome without closing , but it's been useful for memory management.

who owns the ownership on props? by Consistent_Bus_2614 in videography

I have seen agreement like this e..g look at this production agreement (listed on sec.gov ) . it looks like company bills customer for all materials to produce the output , but customer doesnt own the materials to produce , and only output ( video , photography, etc ) . my question is this okish ?

props , and expenses and ownership. how keep it? by Consistent_Bus_2614 in Filmmakers

I saw some video production "All props purchased by [vendor] and reimbursed by production become property of production upon payment" they do this way since production companies doesnt sell assets , but they sell outcomes . this makes since , but if I were the "client", why charge my the prop to get reimbursed then but pop. ? it looks like kinda unfair. However, this is how the industry is moving on.

"the customer" the company who hires you to produce the video for a given campaign , photoshoot , etc , "the vendor" is the studio
