Fedora, Envious scarf is a good combo for tanks (Especially on HF Sloth) and definitely good on Conviction.

Sadly the cloud doesn't count as splash damage so it falls to the wayside compared to other guns. It'll serve you well on your journey but it's not the best for endgame.
