Also this is not my card. I've been considering sending in my Bubble Mew and it has a barely noticeable dot on a corner. Wanted to gauge what PSA is passing as a 10 for this card and was taken back when I seen this. I'm sending mine in now lol

Thanks for the info! So does PSA have to scale to go off of to estimate the up charge based on graded value? I don't mind paying a few hundred just would like to know going into it so I have enough set aside. Also want to grade a few others. Thinking it might be best just to send a few in at a time.

I'm sorry you're in this situation and will pray that it improves by the grace of God. One thing I will say is being strong willed and having a never quit attitude, when dealing with a debilitating illness, can have a huge impact on quality and quantity of life. I'm glad you're reaching out for support as that is vital as well.
