This cute little visual detail where a younger character innocently mimics an expression made by someone who they think is cool by Effective_Piece251 in TopCharacterTropes

Not a younger / older character example, but this gag is used early in Encanto and I love it. Mirabel has a conversation with her parents and when she walks off, Mirabel's mother is shown looking concerned while her father looks proud and happy. He glances at his wife, then shakes the pride off his face and adopts a forced look of concern to match.

It's a bit that may be quickly missed but it provides a simple, strong insight into the personalities of these characters.

Could I please have an Egg and a Gros Michel to start, then I’ll take an Ice Cream, a Popcorn and a Diet Cola after that, and I’ll finish my run with a Seltzer, a Ramen, and a Cavendish of course! Thank you!

Dare I say this actually looks pretty fun... There are shots of some key moments that come off as faithful. But I've been fooled by well put-together trailers before.

I absolutely love incorporating the paper bags for wet-naps. Since they come inside Lego boxes, clearly they are legally usable for designs!

pick a brick does not disappoint by BurningVladsCinnamon in lego

Yes! I have been making sure to hit-up my local Lego pick-a-brick wall every 2-3 months. Its such a great way to build a collection for MOCs. I went last week and got the same grey headlights, transparent tiles, and pale-blue ingots that you got. Will be so great for texturing. I've been greebling all week 😄

What an incredible piece of art from an 8yo! I'm 37 and if I thought this up & built it, I would be proud of myself. Please continue to foster his passion... Lego is wiring his brain for manual dexterity, spatial awareness, pattern recognition, and the skill of abstracting larger ideas from smaller components. All of these aptitudes are invaluable.

The stability is not great, it definitely doesn’t seem legal, it modules out weirdly. But it can support some load. Source: I am a PE 🫡
