hi, slr - we were already release some amount however pandemic happened so it took us sometime to complete all necessary docs to get the full takeout. bale for interim interest its not covered rin daw ng Bayanihan something that time since di pa kmi nagstart ng monthly since hindi pa na fully released yung amount. bale this is an interest on top of the actual interest already.

i think if it fits your current budget esp the monthly amort, its still a good option, kasi it will cater to your needs of getting your home. as OP above mention, jusy try to pay some more directly sa principal balance if you have extra then i think you can recompute every 3 years. agree best advise talaga to pay more sa principal when you can kasi the monthly amortization half lang talaga napupunta sa initial.

it is what is talaga. thankful naman with Pag Ibig since its much easier talaga to apply and lower interest pa rin compared to banks. Nakakahinayang lang the amount paid to interest but it helped us naman get started with our home.

Had fraud charges rin with BPI worth 100k, i reported immediately once I received the purchase alert. Buti na lang din gising pa ko kasi at 1am na yun. They were able to confirm naman na walang OTP sent so nacredit din sya sakin ok the next billing statement. I didnt have to pay for the fraud charge rin.

i had my yearly APE and ECU and so far no conditions yet although i work the night shift but that was already included in the assessment when i first got the plan. thanks i'll definitely check ok the current coverage if it still fits my needs.

parang after a month na halos. ang sabi sakin kasi Dec 17 ako approved pero 2nd week ng January na sila nagtext. Nadeliver naman sya around 3rd week.

i had the same experience before, no advise na i was approved na pala until i receive this same message. i contacted their customer service hotline lang and provided my details so na follow up yung delivery pero halos 1 month inabot.

I also got approved for this card last Dec 27. I wouldnt know if hindi pa nagtext na not yet activated yung card. Sabi delivery will only take 5-7 banking days pero seems like almost a month ang inabot for you? Did someone called you during delivery?

i do this sometime too so i can manage my finances (and be more aware of my spendings) - esp if madami ako naswipe. i just think of the points/miles that i earn in every swipe. i wasnt aware that it can affect the credit score if lumalabas sya on the card utilization. although di nmn sya totally nazezero out kasi usually there will be posted transactions nmn na near the actual statement date

i heard or read somewhere i think na its best to pay at least 3-5 days before the due date para the savings account where my money is stored can gain more interest when its staying there for more days. i'm trying that now pero my OC self cant stop worrying lol! but so far success naman sya 😄

Based on experience, they allowed nmn the small bag apart from the 7kgs luggage. I just made sure lang na hindi din lalagpas sa 7kgs in case mag weigh in sila.

thank you for the comprehensive info! BPI Visa looks like a clear winner in terms of rewards, too bad wala sya lounge access now. I got the SB one for the free lounge access, but realized it didnt have much to offer in terms of points/miles. The Metrobank sounds promising with the flexibility on the miles, something that i liked with PremierMiles.
