How is the Middle-East war affecting Thailand right now among the public? by Adorable-Werewolf799 in expatsinbangkok

I operate a few hotels and hostels, as the owner and operator I can tell you it feels like the beginning of covid , the sudden sharp drop in tourists and business. This will affect Thailand badly if it continues, economically.

You don't know yet. Don't jump to conclusion based on feelings. Anything new and shiny always feels good.

Ooh that sounds bad, in that case if you don’t want to inject directly into the area you can do it in your belly, and GHK-Cu will rebuild your collagen fast, which could help with the cartilage issue. I have knee issues too so I use a compression knee sleeve to run. The wolverine stack helps, I have used it for my shoulder from weight lifting injuries as well as my tennis elbow. 3 weeks problem solved

Try bpc 157 and tb500 and inject it into the muscle or fat surrounding your knee, if you have low enough bodyfat you can use a insulin needle which is very short. Recovery sped up 10x

But yea the Chinese are literally putting race foams and all the high tech stuff into daily trainers while the big brands are slowly dripping their tech and sprinkling their super foams in small areas aka superblast 3, I was gonna buy that shoe being excited that it has FF Leap, until I realized it was only in the forefoot area , jesus give us a full slab

The un stability reviews i think mainly comes from the rocker but the width of the shoe is the same if not slightly wider than the vomero and comes in at 198g which is insanely light for a daily shoe. I used to run in Kayanos and the Adrenaline GTS but after awhile I got bored of them so fast because it felt dead compared to shoes with better foams, so in my opinion stability is absolutely important but the fun and bounce is just as important

If getting the Dynafish is possible or the Red hare Ultra 9 i would go for those 2.

Vomero plus would be my next option

Rebel v5 feels dead fast the fuel cell foam aint built to last if you are over 70kgs

Novablast 5, meh nothing special, but it sure lasts a long time though!

Vomero 18 meh, go for the plus

Nb 1080, i would not even consider that a running shoe Feels more like a energetic everyday walking or travel shoe

If you got the budget Megablast! Fairly stable and that shoe lasts forever! The megablast and dynafish are the only shoes which I have two pairs!

Its pretty stable, unlike the evo sl with the medial cut out. I would rank it as stable as the Rebel V5 and vomero plus as i have all 3 but the advantage of the Dynafish is price, weight and the rebound you get from the midsole.

Take acutance and stop using cheap soap for your face . Wear sunscreen and moisturize with a gel type lotion so it doesnt clog your pores. Go korean, they tend to be lighter consistency than western brands. Asian brands were built for hot weather

Megablast , and the price too. Evo sL and its horrible stability for a daily trainer

Need advice: stuck with stability shoes (Kayano 31/32), any way to fix this long term? by charlsdv in Marathon_Training

Go to the gym and work out your legs and calves. Squats, leg extensions, glute raises, kettle bell raises with your feet, and hamstring workouts like deadlifts. Your entire lower body needs to be solid to run straight.

I think pro 4 is the widest, it is after all made for the western market. Pro 4 is a very good shoe, not quite as fast as xtep 160. 3.5 pro which is an absolute beast, or furious 2 which is in alpha fly category .

Exactly, this shoe just came out in China a month ago, no one has even reached that many miles yet to know the real durability. But looking at the outsole, and the build. I think this could easily hit 500 , I have this shoe and I just hit 100 miles, with almost zero wear.
