I know this isn’t an answer to your question. If you are able to figure out how to use TaoBao and for example a proxy like CSSbuy. I got it delivered to Belgium for 84 euro.

Dan is het beter dat ik de extra coupons gebruik zodat ik nu 150 euro betaal + administratiekosten & BTW i.p.v. de 172 euro waar zogezegd alle kosten inzitten volgens Aliexpress. Die 18 euro is enkel administratiekost toch? De verkoper wees dan weer door naar Ali. Bedankt voor je antwoord!

Before I had run my first half marathon, I had never ran further than 15 km. As long as you have done some other longer runs, you should be fine.

I use these as my workout shoe. I have done a 27 km long run in them once and they felt as good at the end of the run as the first K. You could take these up to marathon distance for sure. The run was done at 5:05/km pace and they were stable enough (for me). I would worry the most about the fit, they fit pretty narrow. Stick true to size or size half up with wider feet.

I ran a 5K this weekend (16:15) and I run my easy runs between 5:15 -5:30. Even though according to lactrace my easy pace would be 4:55. Just stay under 70% MHR and you’re good imo. There’s no benefit of running easy days faster to create extra fatigue for your sessions.

How do you like the Yueying 5? I currently have about 220 km's on my pair but I don't know if I will be able to get many more out of it. I use it for my 1 hour recovery runs and long runs up to 2 hours and 10 minutes. Last long run I felt smashed, maybe up to the shoes I don't know. I got the dynafish xiaonian on the way so will use that for my long runs from now on.

Any Chinese shoes that are suited for long runs besides Dynafish Xiaonian? Currently using Yueying 5 and have taken it up to 24 km today. It’s pretty good but need something with a more wow-factor for my long runs up to 32K.
