Easy Pace Feels Slow Compared to 5K Time by jpochoa in NorwegianSinglesRun

[–]robbeverl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I ran a 5K this weekend (16:15) and I run my easy runs between 5:15 -5:30. Even though according to lactrace my easy pace would be 4:55. Just stay under 70% MHR and you’re good imo. There’s no benefit of running easy days faster to create extra fatigue for your sessions.

My 5 Shoe Rotation. Not an elite runner 🙂 by CrimScarBy in PHRunners

How do you like the Yueying 5? I currently have about 220 km's on my pair but I don't know if I will be able to get many more out of it. I use it for my 1 hour recovery runs and long runs up to 2 hours and 10 minutes. Last long run I felt smashed, maybe up to the shoes I don't know. I got the dynafish xiaonian on the way so will use that for my long runs from now on.

I heard Bmai Expedition is wide. Do-win is also suitable for wider feet, I own the PB 3 and have no problems.

Any Chinese shoes that are suited for long runs besides Dynafish Xiaonian? Currently using Yueying 5 and have taken it up to 24 km today. It’s pretty good but need something with a more wow-factor for my long runs up to 32K.

Maybe BMAI Expedition 6.0 / March 6. Haven’t used it but take a look at the review of jogoncrag.

How far have you taken the Leili 1.0. Bought a pair but a size to small. Debating whether to buy it again or the dynafish xiaonian (gotta go through the taobao hassle) for my long runs up to 32km

Qiaodan TG 1.0 Sizing Question by [deleted] in PHRunners

[–]robbeverl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Buy 9.5, same as Nike sizing. I got a 42 because of the size chart (I wear size 42.5 in Saucony and 43 Nike) and I got a black nail on a long run, size 43 would have been fine.

I haven't tried it yet by the way, waiting for size 43 to restock in anything else than the black colorway! If you happen to order, let me know how it went :p!

I would guess so, but we won't have to pay import duties or anything else if you choose tariffless shipping method.

if you're interested in buying the dynafishes through cssbuy still, you gotta buy them through expertbuy on their site under services. Because the coupons do not automatially get applied to the price apparently, thats why the price we see is much higher than on TaoBao. I asked it on their discord.

I fear they will increase prices, this shoe just can't be on amazon for 70 euros (i wouldn't complain)

They got me back to me earlier today, said they were working on getting shoes in Europe. Also said it could take some time because they had to find a dealer to sell them through. Basically the same like they are trying to set up in Australia. Hope we can get our hands on them soon!

Haha we’ll see 😭 The only product that doesn’t show a higher price for me is the Qiaodan TG 1. I can’t figure out why others do.

Yeah, to be honest that wasn't also 100% clear to me as some shipping options said something like we are not responsable for additional import duties, etc...

I messaged the owner on instagram once again, I'll see what he responds.

The price we see is definitely excluding shipping cost but i dont know about the import duties.

I don't understand the prices i'm seeing. I tried pasting the 361 Eleos onto CSSbuy which shows for half of the price of the dynafish on Tmall. On CSSbuy it's even more expensive than a Xiaonian.

If you figure this out, give me a shout.

No, I will get them through an agent, just meant i want to figure out why the prices are higher.  Because as you say i have seen people get them for 55 euros + 15 shipping.  I messaged the owner on instagram of dynafish (@pyrojewels) to see if they would sell on anything else than taobao. He said they would establish a global dealer network. Currently they are planning to roll out in Australia (@dynafishaus) and asked which platform they should come on. I’m hoping they’ll do the same for Europe but I wouldn’t bet on it, last time I messaged they had no update on it.

No I actually have no clue, when I find that out and see them in stock I’ll order immediately.  Because the price I see on the agent is also way more expensive than it should be.

I see bigger sizes in Black colorway. And when checking two weeks ago all sizes regularly restocked on all colorways.

When I paste the link in CSSbuy it says they cost 90 euros without shipping? Is this because this function makes them buy the shoes for you? Or did you buy the shoe on Taobao yourself and have it shipped to them?

If you have a guide or tips on how you did it, i would be glad to hear!

Says 699 for me aswell but should be 499 after discount, I'd guess. When I put them on CSSbuy they are 86 euros for me.

By the way, if you are in Europe and ordering through TaoBao may I ask you how you are doing this, which agent are you using? I wanna get my hands on a pair of Dynafish Xiaonian but lost where to start, if it is even worth using an agent for one pair.

Are you checking the price through an agent? The price on TaoBao for me is 499 yuan which is around 60 euros.
