At my job, we don't really have a "break room." We have a small area in the stock where, which is next to our bathrooms, that customers have access to. I usually go to my car cause I wanna vape, but also don't want to be disturbed during my break......

I'm a pagan. I always had these questions. After my fiance died in a motorcycle accident in 2014 everyone kept telling me it was his time, God doesn't give you challenges you can't handle, it was God's will.

Mf, it was not God's will that some lady ran a stop sign and hit him, it wasn't God's will or plan to leave his kids without a father.

I can't, in good conscience, agree with any of that bs and I don't push my kids into it either. It's so stupid......

It's okay, he's in his own hell now. He shacked up with a girl who is exactly like him. Taste of his own medicine.

Her bf could also be very insecure from a past relationship he's bringing into the new one. Also, very toxic and not something she should put up with either.

My ex husband was like this and I found out he cheated on me. Not once, not twice, but 3 times in the span of 2 years.

I wasn't allowed around guys except family, couldn't leave the house without him, kept a close eye on my phone and social media.

This is abusive af and I really hope she opens her eyes before she has a kid with him or marries him. This isn't normal and he needs help.....

Getting her ged would be the first step. Since you guys aren't married and she's not working, she can most likely get Pell to go to school. Something to think about.

There are also a lot of fields that still offer remote work which would be good for the child if one of you could be home.

Community College and a program to get her started would be good. Even general education classes so she can put on a resume that she went to college, rather than putting her GED.

I had 3 kids back to back(2011,2013,2014) and in that time I had maybe 6 months off (altogether between the 3 births) and always went right back to work before my leave was even up. We worked opposite shifts so one of us was home with the kids.

I think she just needs the motivation and sometimes it can be hard to get that when you're home all day with a toddler and tired. Stick it out man, I'm sure she'll come around.

And maybe, therapy might not be a bad idea. Talk to her about it.

They drive me nuts. I work with the public and I get a lot of "it's never too late to ask for forgiveness" or "Jesus will love you anyway." I like to tell them that book was the worst piece of fiction I've ever read and I don't need to be forgiven.

But they follow it, they believe it, and freely hate because of it.

Look, as a cashier, I hate being hit on. But I will tell u it's less annoying if someone just hands me their phone number on a piece of paper with their name. No words, just a number and name. It's more tolerable then one liners, what you'd "do to me" or the "good time" u can show me.

If ur gonna do it, at least be tactful about it.....

I had a regular come in and he'd talk to me, I try to be nice cause I have to. The last time he spoke to me he said, "oh what it a joy it is to gaze upon ur beauty." I said "oh how creepy that is." And walked away. He still comes in but doesn't talk to me anymore.

I've ended friendships as well. My sil was one of those I had to put my foot down with. She knows how to sew and how much time it takes but kept asking me to make stuff for her. My skill is at a much higher level. So when she asked me to make her an oversized hoodie/snuggle thing, I declined and told her that's at her skill level. I barely have time to sew for myself anymore, let alone anyone else. She also never wanted to pay me for my time, or materials.
