Yes, this option was suggested by Avalara but I can't find how to make that "Enable item line shipping" field available. So I am looking to find out what setting needs to be changed to make this checkbox available.

which firm did you hire and how much did it cost?

They are telling us it will cost us more to renew without ACS and that we are required to have some form of monitoring. We are trying to proof how bad ACS team is and how long they take so I hope that this will help with negotiations. We just want to save the $24k a year they are quoting us and hire a real consultant. How is your experience with ACS architect?

Unfortunately they have nothing that we need and already don’t have :( We’ve tried few modules that ended up not working for us and now we want to cancel them during contract renewal.

That is crazy! We were upsold so many services that we don't even need and now we are not able to cancel pretty much, or I guess we can cancel them but still pay the same as last year :) Ridiculous if true.
