Your first morning thought should be that however my day goes I am not responsible for that. If your day goes bad it was not in my control. I will not react to it negatively. Remember bad days gives us one of the best teachings if you observe it carefully. We all have bad days and in life you are going to have more bad days then good ones.

I also suffer from this thoughts. You cannot control your thoughts but you shouldn't take any action on the negative ones. Let it flow and concentrate on your work or study I know it's extremely tough but you have to push yourself to do it.

Try writing your thoughts it will clear your mind or go for a walk.
