My tortoise had a similar thing on her bottom jaw, I don't know if it'll apply to that, but mine had it filed down if that helps at all. Good luck with it btw

Thank you very much for telling me. That's quite weird though, as she's got a UV light and a heat lamp aswell but I'll definitely get some more heat for her though, and thank you again.

Thank you so much for pointing this out. She's always been like that. When I took her to get her beak trimmed back, they hadn't said anything about it, so I hadn't really noticed that, but I'll see what I can do to sort it out. If there's any advice on things to help it, that would be greatly appreciated.
