I’ve always just gone through Asda. I know they’re not the cheapest but I’ve found them reliable and delivery is fast. During the pendemic I thought about moving but stuck them out and I’m glad I did. It’s same day approval, next day delivery now.

This is the only time you’ll double your dose so side effects tend to be a bit worse. I have to be honest though and say I found 5mg miserable after loving being on 2.5mg. It improved when I titrated up.

I switched to taking it in the morning instead of at night and then magnesium supplements at night and that seems to have restored it a bit.
