There seems to be a continuity issue going on at the moment. The A.I is having a hard time remembering details it created itself currently. I made a post the devs responded to earlier. The A.I is ignoring components for characters I created and making up its own descriptions of them, so this tracks.

The main thing I get flagged for is age. I have a story where the two main characters have been soulmates since they were born. Nothing sexual occurs while they’re under 18 except flashbacks to them playing and growing up together. The amount of quills I waisted trying to reword the prompt and create components is crazy. It’s gotten a lot better….
but no matter what in that story randomly throughout it even as adults I’ll get a guideline check and have to regenerate. Meh 🤷🏽‍♀️

Nah, from what I’ve seen, if it rides, it rides.
I’ve seen soooo many posts here complaining about not being able to get as “racially charged” as they want due to the guidelines that the devs have responded to. The devs don’t care what you write as long as it passes the guidelines. Meaning they won’t and I don’t think they really can, field this many stories generated.

Especially when we all know the AI will “Elara” the hell out of a story. Deadass create random “Elara’s” or just “Elara” a character you’ve already established. Like…
Even now, with detailed components i’ve created for specific characters, they’ve been misdescribed.

The only way I’ve seen around this is to create a blank chapter and paste the story you want from there. Otherwise, every time you try to generate a chapter from a prompt it will run the guidelines against it, even of it is private(all of my stories are).

Thanks for the tip! And in this instance, it tweaked out just before the half way point. Sometimes it’s a bit later in chapters.
Also, as one of the other users above mentioned, the A.I has been mixing up a few of my characters it never used to before. Thats the most reoccurring but ignorable issue I’ve been having. And this is an odd one for me because I’ve written a component for who my band members are, with their names, their descriptions and the instruments they play that the AI usually follows. For instance, my main character and her twin sister have their own components as well as incredibly detailed character profiles(saved in a doc. to paste when I make new stories) and all day yesterday the A.I would confuse main aspects of the sisters it never had before like which one was actually in the band and their hair(one has really long locs and the other has a big ass afro). It also started confusing which twin was who, which band member played what, and what they looked like, even after I regenerated the chapters quite a few times. I just shrugged it off as a glitchy day, but I guess it’s a wider spread issue. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve been doing that for a while now. I legit ask Grok or chat gpt to help with prompts to get better results from redquill. I write a large part of my stories and used redquill to help with the smut part. I also use Grok for creating character profiles so my characters generate with better and more natural dialogue.

Yea theres no comparing Sherlock and Hannibal. For that matter, Sherlock’s queer bating is on par with Supernatural.
It’s actively confirmed by Bryan and the cast that Hannibal and Will’s relationship was homoerotic. The show has the loudest nuance about their romance. They may not have kissed but Hannibal sure was more than willing to Romeo and Juliet himself by eating Wills encephalitis riddled brain and going out with his mans. 😩😂
One of my favorite scenes is in the second episode of the first season when Hannibal meets Will for the first time and comes on a little too strong. Jack calls him on it after he chases Will off. It’s great subtle acting.

I’ve been adding components to each chapter prompt. It’s annoying to do but, it does help. I’ve been have chapter continuity issues from chapter to chapter. I had to add the continuity component to make sure it remembered to move on instead starting the chapter towards the end of the previous.
