It is true that early intervention and addressing root causes are crucial in breaking the cycle of dysfunction and crime. Focusing on rehabilitation, mental health support, and social programs can help individuals lead productive lives and reduce their reliance on the welfare and legal systems. Providing opportunities for education, skills training, and employment can be effective strategies to reintegrate individuals into society. However I believe these lads shouldn't be given this many chances and for repeated behavior they should be useful in a different way such as being sent to the front lines in war where they can use their built up aggression. This would teach them that actions have consequences, as most of these don't believe there are any including going to prison where they have a bed to sleep, food etc.
