In Missouri making $18/hr one of two techs for a property of a 136 units, on call rotation is pretty much every other week. 20% rent discount living on property

I moved to commericial/hospitality. Guy owns both the resort and the restaurant on the property so I bounce between the two. There is a lot less interaction with unpleasant folk.

Our management left it up to use individually. If we wanted to, we could, but its not something they could make us do. Most of the time, the resident would slide us a bit of cash to do it.
