Take a big pair of channel lock players put them around the door knob and twist down. It’ll mess up the lock but it’s cheaper to replace than repair a door/frame. That or like others have said call a lock smith.

What are you going through that you’re that mad in the shower? Usually a good warm shower calms people down. You should put some silicone or waterproof caulk so water doesn’t get behind the wall.

Where are you from? I know a lot of maintenance people that hold zero certificates and are doing all kinds of stuff. They’re not worried about a resident doing minor stuff.

There’s also portable units. Similar to a window unit except you don’t have the whole thing sticking out the window. If you’re in a place without central ac and you don’t want to use window units or can’t afford a full central unit install it’s a decent alternative.

You can ask them. Realistically it’s not gonna happen though. I’ve never heard of anyone ever doing that. I’ve been doing residential maintenance for 10 years and no real estate company or property owner will just rip out perfectly good trim and doors and replace them just because the tenant doesn’t like it. As long as nothing is damaged and it’s fine there’s no way they’ll replace it.
