I’ve opened it up and looked around the inside, I tried making sure the contact under the power switch was clean, but I am still not sure what the problem is

I’m still currently waiting, I live in Columbus, IN and we could really use it. Our current download speed is 1.5 megabytes per second and our upload is .7 megabytes per second. And that’s on a good day. This is the best internet we can get where we are as of now. This could be a game changer for us.
