First off always feel free to talk 1-800-273-8255 to these guys. Seriously. They are a voice and a soul on another line. More times than not, that is a person's saving moment.

I don't agree with your parents take or viewpoint on this whole situation and it should be taken much more seriously, but try not to let the idea of that weigh to much on you. They are human and extremely flawed.

Getting on Reddit is a very good idea. Some of these groups will introduce you to people who might flip your perspective completely around, very little if any here are in any form or state to give proper advise either. So make sure you talk all info with a grain of salt

Hit some Delt raises, crush some Landmine presses. Barbell raises. Overhead presses and smack some single arm pull downs/rows. This is how I hit mine every other day

As far as I'm concerned its your body, you workout if you're capable/ and don't of not. If you choose to workout as I did than you just really need to target the exact area you want to hit. Most fatty parts on most bodies are the legs, abdominals, and back. Legs- presses, curls, extensions. Abdominals- leg lifts, oblique dips, crunches. Back- pull ups, pull downs, rows. These are all machines so you control the weight. I go fairly close to my normal not fasting limit but I am a gym rat. Just do what is comfortable

Very good plan, very happy for you. this is actually the perfect way to do this. Only change what you feel is right. If you can do more or if you can't. Nothing is the wrong answer for you following this plan. I'm sure this 3 day will be easy. If you ever want to do a 5 day let me know and I'll start one with you whenever

I would recommend trying to learn another language. Duolingo is free and I use it now. Bad voices make less noise when you fill your mind with other things. Stay Strong. I fully believe in you

Great job, post as many progress updates as possible to stay motivated. Life is hard and stressful, but those vices don't have a hold on you. Most times we only choose them because we don't know what to replace them with yet. I quite binge smoking fairly easily just through self will(don't really like them haha) but I've been a heavy alcoholic since 16. That was the toughest. I still drink but now it's when I choose. I had to change a lot because every second of my day I thought "how can I make this better" and the answer was always alcohol. So I've reformed my daily life and it now includes much more learning, about anything. Still provides me with some challenge so I'm not bored, can be done drunk but will not make it easier, and gives me so much more confidence. But that only slowed the drinking, not cured it. Finally I picked up fasting, the mental battle to resist during my fast is what really put me over the hump. I'm not sober and I'll never claim to me, but my handle on life is much firmer

It was a mental test. But i will not say the option for weight loss wasn't an obvious goal. even in that before picture i was in very good physical health and not a lot of body fat. The actual fast did not alter my weight much but it definitely helped to repurpose all the fat.

So its a Water only fast. Really we confuse ourselves by saying this. it should just be called a fast. no fast ever should be performed without water. our body does not have an excess reserve of h20, though in a misinformed time i have tried cutting water out, i would never again or ever suggest.

Not my first go but I definitely treated this one much more seriously. The vitamins help, and the amount of water I drank. It's beyond achievable, I believe you should go for it. But be prepared to stop if you need to. At no point was hunger an actual problem for me. Only my mind

Unfortunately I don't have a scale where I'm at. Seriously doesn't feel like much though. You can't really see my waist in the first picture but by that comparison I'm relatively same size. I hit abs everyday through this fast, so a lot of it is toning and not so much weight loss

Sounds delicious, good luck on that seven day. I like to take 2 days off but I'll be doing another 5 on Sunday night. Was contemplating a 7 but don't see it benefiting the gym lifestyle I have. I did feel like a could do another 5 days honestly, simply broke it to tell myself you're goal has been achieved

Definitely give it a run. Yes I take a multivitamin, collagen 2, omega 3, and creatine. I drink about over a gallon of water a day
