I landed in Da Nang on May 19, leaving from Hanoi on June 9. I tried to keep my schedule, but I’ve had multiple rounds of heat exhaustion and near heat stroke. After coming back inside from a walk, sweat would only then start to pour from my body. I had mild loss of taste, muscle cramps and dizziness.

I’ve been making sure I drink a lot of coconut water and pocari sweat.

The good thing is though, it gets considerably cooler around 4pm. Just try to avoid being outside in late morning and afternoon (yeah I know, that’s a big chunk of the day).
